Herbal Infused Magnesium Oil
Comfrey Magnesium Oil ~Combining the healing power of both Comfrey and Magnesium, this Magnesium oil is great for sore muscles and joints. It has all the vitamins and minerals your skin wants and needs to help with healthy cell turnover and regeneration. Comfrey is known as a builder. It has a compound called Allantoin which helps your body to not only generate new cells but helps to clear away dead cells as well. Its been historically used to help heal sore muscles as well as deeper issues like sprained joints and even broken bones. Magnesium is an essential mineral that most, if not all people are deficient in. Poor soil, Environmental toxins, contaminated water all play a part in not only lacking the needed magnesium our bodies crave, but also depletes what little we do have! Magnesium oil is a great way to supplement and raise those levels. Especially if you have gut issues! It can be hard to absorb in the gut to begin with so using it topically is a great alternative. NOTE: Magnesium oil can cause a stinging sensation when you are deficient. This will pass and adding some oil to the skin like avocado or olive oil will help slow down the absorption and help with any stinging sensation.
As with all herbal remedies, start slow and work your way up. I like spraying the oil on the soles of my feet before bed. If i'm in need of an extra boost, I'll spray it under my arms as well. It has the added bonus of working as a deodorant when used this way! We store the magnesium oil in 4 oz. glass bottles with spray nozzles for easy application. We also have a larger 8 oz size for purchase for those wanting refills or more for foot/bath soaks.
Lavender Magnesium Oil~ All the same benefits of the Magnesium like the Comfrey blend, but with the addition of Lavender instead to help sooth inflammation and relax tight, sore muscles. Its scent is also amazing and loved by many!
