Comfrey Root Cuttings

Comfrey is a plant of so many uses here on the farmstead! We use it as animal feed, garden fertilizer and as a potent herbal medicine. Our Comfrey is a hybrid that is designed to only spread by root cuttings. So where you plant it, it will stay. When the plant has reached maturity, it will be around 3 feet high. They have a beautiful set of purple flowers that start to show up in late spring of the second year. We offer three 1 inch root cuttings of our Russian Block Comfrey per order. You can expect your cuttings to arrive alive and ready for planting. Instructions for planting are provided with the root cuttings. We dont ship roots before mid April or after mid October.
