Infused Honey

Infused Honey

$20.00Price

Throughout the year we like to use honey to preserve some of the herbs and flowers here on the farm. Honey not only works as a great preserver, it also has its own added health benefits and when infusing herbs with it just right, makes an instant herbal tea! A teaspoon in a cup of hot water and its ready. We source our honey from a local Apiary here in Chester County, PA. Stock changes with the seasons, as we only harvest herbs and flowers that are in their peak. We store our infused honey in 6 oz. glass jars. These blends are made with raw honey. Because of this they are NOT recomended for children under the age of one year old.

~Sage, Thyme and Yarrow

My panacea blend! All three herbs are great for when you have a cold or want to help add antimicrobal properties to your diet. Great on a sore throat.

~Elderflower

Much like elderberry but more gentle, elderflower helps to encourage our immune system to fight infection. A sweet floral option thats great for children especially. *Honey is not suitable for children under the age of one.*

~Goldenrod and Nasturtium

A blend equally for pleasure as well as medicinal benefit. Goldenrod makes for an excellent lightly foral tea while lending anti-innflamatory properties to the honey. Nasturtium is also a beautiful floral note while being antimicrobial. Both make a great combo for upper respiratory issues.

~Honeysuckle

A delicous honey that captures the scent of spring! Floral honeysuckle tastes delcious in this blend but also lends its immunomodulating properties as well.

~Lemonbalm

A blend of Lemonbalm and raw honey to help fight viral infections and promote calm to the nervous system and cardiovascular system.
