We offer fast and reliable shipping across the United States and Canada via USPS First Class Mail. Orders are shipped out once a week on Fridays. Return Policy
Our return and exchange policy is simple and straight forward. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of receiving it for a full refund. All items must be returned in there original packaging and UNOPENED. Please contact us at ironrootsfamilyfarm@hotmail.com prior to returning. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened and/or used. If you have issues after using a product, please reach out to us via email so we can make it right.
For all Rabbit purchases, sales are final and we cannot guarantee the health of your rabbit once it leaves the farm. We hold great pride in our reputation and only offer healthy animals for sale. Each rabbit is given a thorough health check before leaving the farm, comes with pedigree and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have before or after you purchase from us.
